3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of sound recordings are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
